My love for chillies began when I was just seven years old. My father was passionate about them he’d bite into whole chillies with dinner like they were nothing. Every evening, we had our own little chilli-eating contests to see who could handle the most heat.

Cooking has always been more than just a skill to me—it’s a deep passion that connects me to the women who raised me. My love for cooking comes from my mom and both my maternal and paternal grandmothers.
